MCW published minimum qualifying deposits between ৳500 and ৳700, depending on the offer. Read the offer shown before selecting it; do not assume every promotion has the same minimum or that offers can be combined. You can see the bonus guide for more information about MCW promotions.

The one-first-deposit rule

MCW allows only one first-deposit bonus per person across Sports, Casino, Slots and Table Games. You cannot claim one first-deposit offer in Sports and then another as a casino welcome bonus. The terms also limit a bonus to one per person, household and IP address. A bonus claim requires at least one deposit in the last 30 days.

Steps to claim

Choose your promotion before sending money. You need to be at least 18, have a verified phone number for a first-deposit bonus, and use a payment account in your own name. If you need an account first, follow the sign-up steps.

1. Log in to your MCW account and open Deposit or My Account.
2. Select a deposit method and channel, then choose the offer you want or select no promotion.
3. Enter the deposit amount and follow the cashier instructions to send money from your own wallet to the displayed number.
4. Enter the transaction ID (TrxID) and submit the deposit.

The selected offer should appear with its terms before you pay. Keep the TrxID in case a deposit is missing; MCW asks you to report a missing deposit within 48 hours. How wagering is calculated

Turnover is the amount of qualifying bets you must place before withdrawing bonus-related funds. It is not the amount you must lose. MCW’s FAQ gives two examples: a ৳200 deposit with no promotion requires 1x turnover, or ৳200 in bets; a ৳200 bonus at 10x requires ৳2,000 in bets.

For the published 100% first-deposit offer, the calculation uses the deposit plus bonus. A ৳700 deposit and ৳700 bonus make ৳1,400; multiplied by 10, that means ৳14,000 in qualifying bets. This is a worked calculation, not a separate offer. Complete the required turnover before requesting a withdrawal while a bonus is active.

Draws, void bets and bets placed on both sides do not count. For the all-products first-deposit offer, Ludo and Poker Holdem are excluded, and qualifying sports bets must meet the stated odds of 1.50 or higher. Check the specific promotion’s terms for which activity counts.

Use an MCW casino promo code

Where codes come from and where to enter them

MCW promo codes are shared through MCW channels: its Promotion page, Telegram, Facebook page and email. Codes are time-limited, so this page does not list a code or suggest that an old one will work. Enter a code on the promotion page, or at deposit only when that promotion instructs you to do so.

Do not make up a code or enter one at sign-up: MCW’s sign-up process has a separate referral-code field. If you want to refer someone, open My Account, choose Referral, then share your referral code or link. A referral code is distinct from a promo code.

Manage MCW free spins and referrals

Free spins expire 48 hours after they are issued. Check the promotion’s expiry and use them within that window; an expired spin offer is no longer available. The 30-day deposit rule applies to bonus claims, so make sure you have deposited within the last 30 days when you claim a qualifying promotion.

The word “free” does not remove the promotion’s conditions. Check the offer details for its wagering requirements and other limits before activating it. Understand MCW Casino VIP tiers

Tier and monthly turnover

All members start at Bronze. MCW lists five VIP tiers; Diamond and Black Diamond are by invitation. The turnover figures below are MCW’s published tier and points terms.

Converting VIP Points

MCW lists 1 VIP Point (VP) as worth ৳1. You can convert VP to balance from My Account, but cannot transfer points to another account. The turnover-per-point rate differs by tier, so reaching a higher tier changes the listed turnover needed to earn a VP; invitation-only tiers have no published monthly threshold in these terms.

Avoid MCW bonus and withdrawal mistakes

A common error is selecting a promotion without checking its turnover, minimum deposit or excluded bets. Another is trying to claim more than one first-deposit bonus across product categories, or forgetting the 30-day deposit requirement. Confirm the offer before you send money, and keep its terms visible while you complete wagering.

MCW’s published withdrawal terms state that an 8% fee, with a minimum fee of EUR 4, applies if you have not wagered your deposit at least once. Keep your MCW account and deposit details aligned

Use one account per person and enter your full name as it appears on your identity document. MCW accepts deposits only from payment accounts in your own name. It may request photo ID, proof of address, a selfie with your ID or a verification call, usually before withdrawal. Keep your account details consistent with your payment method to avoid delays.
